Before any architecture is designed or system is built, I need to understand your business, your challenges and what success actually looks like for you.
Discovery
Where every engagement begins.
A free, no-commitment conversation where I learn about your business, your current challenges and what you're trying to achieve. The goal is simple - understand your situation well enough to determine whether I can genuinely help. If I can, we move forward. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.
Diagnosis
The proposal and recommendation.
An in-depth evaluation of what you actually need - whether that's AI, automation, a data infrastructure overhaul or something else entirely. This stage results in a clear recommendation on the right approach for your specific problem.
Think of this as the proposal. You'll know what I'm recommending and why - enough to make an informed decision on whether to move forward with the build.
Blueprint
Where the real work begins.
Once we've agreed on the direction, I design the detailed technical architecture - the platforms, the data flows, the integrations and how everything connects and scales.
The Blueprint is a deliverable in itself. It's the technical plan that everything gets built from.
Build
Phased, milestone-driven delivery.
This is where the solution comes to life. Implementation is phased and milestone-driven - meaning you see progress at every step, not just at the end. Each milestone is a checkpoint where we align on what's been built, what's next and whether anything needs to shift.
Refine
Tuning for the real world.
No system is perfect on day one. After the initial build, I work with you to tune, validate and iterate until the solution is performing the way it should. This is about making sure what we built actually works in your real environment - not just in theory.
Support
Two months included with every project.
Every engagement includes up to two months of post-project support. During this period, I'm available to address issues, answer questions and make adjustments as your team settles into the new system.
Need support beyond that? We can absolutely set that up - it's just scoped and priced as a separate engagement so you're only paying for what you need.
